How Booking Works
Who arranges your trip, who holds the booking, and how to make sure it reaches me.
Every trip I plan and book is arranged and booked by No Borders Travel Inc. I am a travel advisor with No Borders Travel, so when you book with me, your trip is handled under the agency's credentials rather than by me personally.
How to request a quote
Trip requests go through No Borders Travel's quote form. It is free and there is no obligation.
One thing to check. The form asks "Who is your Travel Agent?" and it is a required question. If you come through from this site it opens with Rachel Matthews already chosen, so you should not need to do anything. Just have a look before you send it, because if it says "You pick for me!" your request goes to whichever advisor is next up rather than to me.
What it costs you
Nothing. You pay the supplier the same rate you would pay booking it yourself, and the supplier pays the agency for the work. There is no fee for planning, quoting or booking.
Why I recommend what I recommend
When I recommend a resort, an Airbnb or a piece of gear, it is because we stayed there, used it, or I have researched it for a client. If somewhere was not worth the money, I say so. That has not changed and it is not going to.
